This consultation concerns a public service concession within the meaning of the provisions of articles L. 1411-1 et seq. Of the general code of French local authorities (CGCT) and R. 1411-1 et seq.French public. The concessionaire will notably be entrusted with the following missions: (i) the exploitation of the perimeter of the equestrian site conceded and the achievement of public service missions contributing to its operation, attendance and its promotion, (ii) the rental of spaces forOrganizers of competitions and equestrian and non -equestrian events with associated services and services, (iii) the management of works and dependencies included within the perimeter of the service conceded, (iv) the maintenance and the current maintenance of real estate and furniture of the perimeterConcede of the Haras de Rosieres-aux-Salines, (V) The proper functioning of the conceded site, (VI) the establishment and the animation of a management committee regularly bringing together the concealer and the concessionaire, and (VII) a general duty of information, advice and transparency with regard to theGrand Est region. The stud farm occupies approximately 124, 000 m2 on the outskirts of the town of Rosieres-aux-Salines.
