Public service concession contract for public passenger transport and mobility services The purpose of the Contract will be to entrust, for a period of 9 years from September 1, 2027, in compliance with the regulations in force, the operation of the following services: - Regular urban transport services; - Regular intercity services; - School transport services; - The Manosque city center shuttle service; - The urban shuttle service from Gréoux-les-Bains; - Transport services for people with reduced mobility (TPMR); - The car-sharing service; - The night shuttle service; - The Contract also provides for 4 options: o Option 1: Exploitation of the services of autonomous rail transport (Urbanloop). o Option 2: Operating a self-service bicycle rental service o Option 3: Creation of the ITER-CADARACHE line o Option 4: Extension of the ZAE Express line to the Mirabeau PEM The delegate must more particularly: - Make vehicles available to provide the service in the terms defined by this Contract. - Ensure the operation of the global public mobility service; - Ensure financing and/or implementation investments and necessary for mobility services; - Collect revenue from the service; - Support all costs directly linked to the execution of the contract in compliance with standards...
