Tender Details

The purpose of the Contract will be to entrust for a period of 9 years from September 1, 2027, in compliance with the regulations in force, the operation of the following services: - Regular urban transport services; - Services interurban regular lines; - School transport services; - The Manosque city center shuttle service; - The Gréoux-les-Bains urban shuttle service; - Transport services for people with reduced mobility (TPMR); - The car-sharing service; - The night shuttle service; - The Contract also provides for 4 options: o Option 1: Operation of autonomous rail transport services (Urbanloop). o Option 2: Operation of a rental service self-service bicycles o Option 3: Creation of the ITER-CADARACHE line o Option 4: Extension of the ZAE Express line to the PEM of Mirabeau The delegatee must more particularly: - Make vehicles available to ensure the service in the terms defined by this Contract. - Ensure the operation of the global public mobility service; - Ensure the financing and/or implementation of investments necessary for mobility services; - Collect revenue from the service; - Bear all costs directly linked to the execution of the contract in compliance with the accounting, tax and regulatory standards in force; - Establish an adapted internal organization...
