Tenders are invited for Public Sector Project Management (PSC) 7 - 11 March 2016.
1 Trainer
As the hub for human resource management in the public sector, PSC requested this training to ensure that public servants are able to manage a variety of critical projects which will impact the sector as a whole. Course content will include writing of project briefs, using relevant PSC project templates, scoping including objectives, deliverables, milestones and constraints as well as Monitoring and Evaluation. This training is packaged with the COC Business Management Training as outlined below. Therefore, the trainer should be available for two consecutive weeks. Local trainers are encouraged to tender.
