The City of Lake City (herein after, \"City) has issued this Request for Proposals (hereinafter, \"RFP\") with the sole purpose and intent of obtaining responses from interested and qualified firms licensed to do business in the State of Florida offering to provide a Public Seating and Bench Advertising Program within the City limits. The selected proposer will be responsible for the design, fabrication, installation, maintenance, repair, and removal of public benches, funded through advertising displayed on the benches, at no cost to the City.The City intends to award a contract to the proposer that best meets the needs of the City based on qualifications, experience, program approach, and compliance with this RFP.
