25/2616 - 1 The purpose of the contract is the staggered supply of starting batteries for the Agency's vehicles. The list of batteries included in Title II, B technical/specific requirements is not exhaustive; the Agency will also be able to pass order from the bidder's catalog. The contract will last for 2 years from the date of notification of its award. The contract will be renewed once for a period of two years, unless denounced by one of the parties notified by letter registered mail deposited at least six months before the end of the 2-year period.
