Tender Details

The subject of the order is the shredding service of biodegradable waste with code 20 02 01 received by the Ordering Party to the Composting Facility in Rumianek (62-080) at ul. Szkolna. Submitting an offer without an on-site inspection results in its rejection pursuant to art. 226 section 1 point 18 of the Public Procurement Law. The site visit will take place on March 27, 2026 at 10:00 and at 1:00 p.m. In order to carry out an on-site visit, the Contractors' representatives are obliged to appear at the place where the service is to be performed, i.e. the Composting Plant Installation in Rumianku (62-080) at ul. Szkolna. The Ordering Party does not reimburse the costs of participation in the on-site visit, in particular travel costs.
