Public procurement expert and bidding services ICT expert services The object of the procurement is Public procurement and ICT expert services. In all orders, the Customer is Tuomi Logistiikka Oy (Tuomi). Assignments can be tasks directly for Tuome or tasks for Tuome's customers. The procurement has two parts: Sub-area 1 Public procurement expert and tendering services (3 suppliers are selected for the framework arrangement) The object of the procurement is a public procurement expert service. Service for procurement to support the business operations of Tuome Procurement Services, but the service can also be used for the needs of other Tuome businesses. The procured service is used as a complementary expert resource, for example or in exceptional situations. The procurement also supports the Customer's risk management, preparedness and securing the continuity of operations in situations where resource shortages or changes in the operating environment cause unexpected tendering needs or temporarily the increased number of tenders. Assignments may include individual stages of the procurement process defined by the Orderer per assignment, consulting at some stage of the procurement process, other procurement consulting or participation as the expert with the main responsibility for the completion of the entire public procurement procedure.
