Public procedure with the aim of setting up a framework agreement for consultancy on the area of testing, monitoring and cyber security of the election applications, and with preparing in crisis management for the federal elections
The present cutlery has been drawn up with the aim of concluding a framework agreement with several entrepreneurs to be able to rely on consultancy on:
- Testing and monitoring of the applications and hardware used in the federal elections
- readyness in crisis management at the technical level for the election software;
- Various support with regard to the cyber security of the election applications
- readyness in crisis management At management level.
The contracting authority opts for the public procedure.
The assignment includes four plots:
-Pelle no. 1 concerning the testing of the safety of the applications and hardware used in the federal elections and preparedness in crisis management at the technical level in this context
-Pelle no. 2 on the monitoring (SOC-SIEM) of the cyber safety of the election applications
-Pelle no. 3 on various support with regard to the cyber security of the election applications
-Pelle no. 4 concerning preparedness in crisis management on management level
