Factory pharmaceutical preparations and medicinal supplements Other products GYSE products Master materials Packaging materials Requester for a prescription pharmacy supplying medicines to the public based on the distribution framework agreement to be concluded intends to procure various prescription and non-prescription medicines and other preparations (including magisterial preparations and raw materials), medical devices through ad hoc orders, with regard to the given parts based on contracts to be concluded. Places of fulfillment: Based on its founding document and operating license, the Bidder operates public pharmacies as part of the Siófoki Hospital-Dispensary. The name of the pharmacy: Borostyán Gyógyoszertár. THE scope of products affected by performance: In the case of part 1, the subject of procurement is factory pharmaceuticals and medicinal supplements, in the case of part 2 other products (Vitamins, medicinal preparations, teas, cosmetics, books, diagnostic tests, health products), in the case of part 3, medical aids, bandages, incontinence pads, stoma bags, in the case of part 4, raw materials for the preparation of medicines and in the case of part 5, pharmacy packaging materials. Tenderer according to the contract determines the amount in a frame amount, which is calculated in total: HUF 165, 238, 226 + VAT for 12 months (HUF 330, 476, 452 + VAT for 24 months).
