The procurement of various medicines/specialties (prescription and non-prescription) and other preparations (e.g. medical aids) for a prescription-only pharmacy operating in the client's institution providing direct medical supply to the public. Section 104 (3) on the basis of a framework agreement concluded with several bidders. With regard to the framework agreement, the tenderer, Kbt. Acts according to point a) of paragraph (2) of § 105. The detailed conditions are contained in the draft framework agreement. Bidder he cannot give specific quantities, because it depends on the needs arising during patient care. In the year 2025, the tenderer dispensed nearly 49, 400 prescription and nearly 34, 000 non-prescription medicines (a total of 83, 400) in the pharmacy.
