6. Description of the services
The subject of this Contract is Public opinion surveys and Market researches consisted of following services: Focus groups, Nationwide face to face surveys, CATI, Print measurements, TV Campaigns monitoring, as specified in TOR, Annex II.
19. Deadline for submission of bids
Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and not later than Monday, 25 November 2024 at 14:00 hours (CET) to the address specified in the instructions to bidders.
Any bid received after this deadline will not be considered nor evaluated.
20. Bid opening and evaluation session
Bid opening and evaluation session shall take place during months of November/December 2024. Notification of award to successful bidder shall take place in December 2024 and contract signature in December 2024.
