Thefacility is located on a 28-acre parcel with approximately 4 acres cleared and developed for therecently built septage treatment plant and the proposed monofill. The monofill will consist oftwo separate cells constructed in two phases to reduce the overall area of the open monofill cellat any time and will accept only sewage solids generated from dewatered septage from the onsitetreatment facility.
