Public mobility service delegation contract The Epinal Urban Community, the organizing authority for mobility across its entire perimeter, designates the transport operator(s) of the public transport networks for serving the 78 municipalities that make it up. As such, this opinion concerns the competition between regular road passenger transport networks, serving the Epinal conurbation: urban, non-urban, school transport, transport adapted for PRMs. A Global reflection on all of these services is underway, with a view to restructuring the transport plan and developing the mobility offer on a regional scale. The orientations of this target network will be presented in the DCE. There Since January 1, 2018, the Épinal Agglomeration Community (CAE) has brought together 78 municipalities with more than 116, 000 inhabitants. The use of Imagine networks was 3.6 million trips in 2024 for 2, 310, 446 kilometers produced. The recipes amount to €1, 730, 476 excluding tax in 2025, for operating expenses of around €10 million excluding tax.
