Public market of services in competitive procedure with negotiations for operations, Maintenance and support for the electronic monitoring management application (SISET TER - 2024/5505)

SISET is the application set Used by the 3 communities of Belgium to support the administrative management of electronic surveillance. Siset mainly covers: • The execution of all administrative management processes for electronic surveillance. This part is based on the Microsoft CRM 2011 product; • Management of mobile teams and planning their technical interventions (eg placement of surveillance bracelets). This Part is supported by Nomadia Optime and Frotcom products (follow -up of vehicles via on -board GPS). The SISET application set is integrated with: • The EMS solution which manages electronic surveillance equipment (eg the rise in alarms in the event of unauthorized output); • the application Sidis used by prisons for detainees management. SISET is hosted on the infrastructure of SMALS. The purpose of this market is to take over the support of the Application Ensemble SISET at the end of the current support market (estimated at the latest at April 2026). The support must be provided Through this market until the solution is replaced and for a maximum of 2 years.
