The subject of this market is to provide personnel capacities in order to carry out agreed procedure missions, ISRS 4400 standard (on the territory of the Kingdom of Belgium). These missions will aim to carry out financial checks of the use of subsidies paid to the public treasury by the Directorate General for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid (DGD) of FPO Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation. More specifically, these are subsidies granted to actors of non-governmental cooperation (NGO, ASBL, ...) within the framework of the 2017-2021 five-year programs of non-governmental cooperation.
