Public market for author services relating to a pre-study and a study for the renovationand the reallocation of the various spaces of the Palais des Beaux-Arts in Brussels in administrative premises, including architecture, restoration of classified monuments, office spaces, HVAC, sanitary, electricity and, if applicable, stability.



this market relates to a missionof a project author relating to a pre-study and a study, with a view to renovating and reallocation in administrative premises, as part of the principles of "New Ways of Working" (NWOW), the following spaces of the Palais des Beaux-Arts:-The building located 10 rue Royale; - the administrative wing, also located on the rue Royale side; - foci 1, 2 and 3; - The lab located on the rue Ravenstein side. This market consists of 2 sections (see below). Depending on the available budget and the results of the pre-study, the two tranches will or may not be controlled by the contracting authority. 1. Firm slice- Pre -study (Pre -project) 2. Conditional tranche - Study and monitoring of the execution of the work comprising: - Final project; - Technical clauses of the special specifications for workloads, including: o Architecture part; o Restoration of classified spaces; o Deskning of office spaces; o Hvac and sanitary; o electricity, including IT networks and safety facilities; o stability (if applicable); - Assignment of works - Assistance in the analysis of offers; -co...
