The purpose of the contract is to provide monitoring results for agricultural areas based on satellite data within the framework of the CAP 2023-2027 for the implementation of the Area Monitoring System - falling under the CPV code 71354100-5 (services of digital cartography). The tracking systems surfaces, called in English Area Monitoring System (AMS), must be set up by each member state of the European Union as part of the implementation of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) 2023-2027. This is a regular and systematic observation, monitoring and evaluation procedure.ic of agricultural activities and practices on agricultural land based on data from the Sentinel satellites of the Copernicus program or other data of at least equivalent value. This system aims to verify, for the various interventions linked to the surface, that the admission criteriaibility of these are respected. An eligibility criterion is considered monitorable when it can be monitored using Sentinel data or other data of at least equivalent value.
