The subject of the procurement is entrusting the performance of public passenger transport as a communal service activity of communal line passenger transport in the area of the City of Samobor in accordance with the Law on Communal Economy (Official Gazette No. 68/18, 110/18 and 32/20 - hereinafter: Law on Communal Economy), the Road Transport Act (Official Gazette No. 41/18, 98/19, 30/21, 89/21 and 114/22 - hereinafter: the Road Transport Act), Regulation (EC) no. . 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and the Council of October 23, 2007 on public rail and road passenger transport services and stdeclaring Council Regulation (EEC) no. 1191/69 and (EEC) no. 1107/70 (OJ L 315, 3.12.2007) (hereinafter: Regulation (EC) 1370/2007), Decisions of the Client, namely the Decision on entrusting the performance of communal services (Official Gazette No. 2/19, 6/19, 9/20 and 1/21) and the Decision on communal line ppassenger transportation in the area of the City of Samobor (Official News No. 9/20, 1/21), Mayor's Conclusion CLASS: 024-03/24-02/6, URNUMBER: 238-27-04-02/03-24-17 from 07.02.2021. (Official News No. 3/24 - hereinafter referred to as: Conclusion of the Mayor) which determines bus routes and bus stopsfor municipal scheduled passenger transportation in the area of the City of Samobor (hereinafter referred to as: Bus lines and stops) and Schedule of communal scheduled passenger transportation in the area of the City of Samobor (hereinafter referred to as the Schedule).
