The Framework Agreement for Public Lighting 2023 is a framework agreement in the form of a RAW Framework Agreement for the supply, installation, connection and replacement of public lighting (OVL), the installation of switch cabinets and the necessary cabling. The agreement is intended for theeg of new OVL and the replacement assignment of OVL, including LED lighting and application of dynamic lighting where applicable. Projects for smart city functionalities can also be requested within this framework agreement.
