Description of the service: The purpose of this tender is the granting of a temporary private occupation license of the public domain for a bar during the development of the sardine activity, within the festivities of the Festivals of Mar 2026. This tender is reserved for local non-profit entities or associations and is governed by article 218 of Legislative Decree 3/2003, of April 28, which approves the revised text of the Municipal and Local Regime Law of Catalonia, the article 57 of Decree 336/1988, of October 17, which approves the Heritage Regulations of local bodies, and the forty-eighth additional provision of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on public sector contracts. The license will authorize the occupation of public, in the car park located between c/502 and c/9 bis. The bar will occupy 9 linear meters, located in the car park right in front of the Kitesurf module. In total an approximate surface of 30 m2. See the map in Annex 1. The occupation of the domain space public will be held only and exclusively on the day and in the following time slot: Saturday, July 11 from 8 p.m. until 11:30 p.m. In the event that due to unforeseen reasons or force majeure, the organization has to postpone the popular sardine, this one occupation license would be valid for the new established date.
