These applications are integrated into all the daily processes of the Parliament of Wallonia, in particular: - management of committees; - organization of plenary sessions; - accounting ; - human resources management; - inventory management; - automated exchanges with an Oracle database. The contract aims to guarantee: - the maintenance in operational condition of FileMaker applications, their scripts, models and functions; - resolution of blocking and non-blocking incidents and anomalies; - compatibility, the reliability and integrity of exchanges with Oracle and third-party systems; - the necessary updates, fixes and optimizations; - support for the functional and technical evolution of the system; - the transmission of skills via formations ciblées.
