This public contract is a partial order service contract, divided into two lots, relating to the organization of language training in English, German and Dutch for the benefit of members and staff of the Parliament of Wallonia. THE This contract is divided into two lots, namely: - lot n°1: intensive courses, residential or not; - lot n°2: individual and group lessons, face-to-face and/or remotely. Bidders may submit an offer for one or several batches. However, they submit a separate offer for each of the lots for which they bid. The execution of the contract is carried out by successive partial orders issued according to the real needs of Parliament. The contracting authority does not commit to any minimum order quantity and reserves the right to order quantities lower or higher than the estimates, without the successful bidder being able to claim any compensation in this regard. The conclusion of the deal does not give any exclusivity rights to the successful bidder. The contracting authority may, during the duration of the contract, have services identical or similar to those described in the special specifications carried out by other service providers or by its own. own services.
