This contract concerns the compliance and maintenance of fire detection installations. This is a public works contract. This contract is part of a process of bringing fire detection installations into compliance with three existing buildings (buildings on Square Arthur Masson, Saint-Gilles and Saint-Nicolas) as well as the maintenance of these installations. This is a design and construction contract (Design & Build). As such, the market service provider will be responsible for both the design of the technical solutions necessary for compliance (diagnosis, studies, choice of equipment, implementation plans, etc.) and the execution of the work. The contract will also include preventive maintenance and curative treatment of the installations put in place, in order to guarantee their proper functioning and compliance over time.
