2026_P_01 - 1 The contract is a service contract and relates to cashier services for the Joint Community Commission. The current contract is not divided into lots. The cashier agreement includes a set of services that a entity can expect from a bank. It is difficult, if not impossible, to divide the contract into lots, as all the services provided are interconnected: the operation of the credit line influences the management and vice versa. What the obligation of a sole cashier, it should be noted that the ordinance of 16 May 2024 on the Public Finance Code of the Joint Community Commission provides in article 100, § 3 that: “Subject to the exceptions determined by the United College, the services of the United College and the OAA OS entrust all their bank accounts to the cashier.” This obligation of a sole cashier also applies to the OAA OS. We can say that the assignments included in these specifications essentially reflect the legal obligations foreseen for a sole cashier. The other services are incidental.
