Through this design - construction contract, the Municipality of Neufchâteau wishes to build a panoramic tower approximately 50 meters high, allowing it to rise above the treetops and offer a 360° view of the valley and its surroundings. different geological components, as well as developing the municipal path connecting the Lake and the Tower, and allowing tourists to reach two major points of interest in the Municipality of Neufchâteau. The Tower must be perfectly in tune with the environment forest. It will be a question of making it a spectacular, remarkable and unique element in terms of tourist development. This complementary equipment to the leisure center, and contiguous both to the heart of the City and to the wooded area, will aim to be a point very strong appeal for tourist customers and thus make it possible to attract tourists to Neufchâteau. The objective is to find the best quality/price ratio. Quality understood at the architectural level, the choice of materials, and ease maintenance (maintenance at controlled costs). As such, bidders are therefore asked for architectural and technical consideration to enable the development of a quality panoramic tower respecting the current policy of the Municipality of Neufchâteau in namely: aesthetic buildings with a low environmental impact, part of an approach to sustainable development, versatility and tourist attractiveness.
