•Short description of the order: The order consists in planning, coordinating and conducting public consultations on the update of the plan to counteract the effects of drought, referred to in Art. 185 section 1 of the Act of July 20, 2017 - Water Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 960, as amended). The contractor will be responsible for carrying out information activities about the consultations, conducting consultation meetings and conferences regarding updating the plan throughout the country. The contractor will be responsible for collection comments, including coordinating the process of collecting and considering them, along with preparing a report on public consultations containing a table of how the comments were considered. • Detailed description of the order: The Contractor's duties will include: 1.Developing the form to submit comments and instructions on how to submit comments. 2. Launching and maintaining a website dedicated to public consultations during the project, including developing and posting information on the above-mentioned websites. website. 3.Preparing the version electronic poster and banner regarding public consultations. 4. Preparation and printing of leaflets regarding consultations. 5.
