Based on the content of art. 89 in relation to joke. 36 of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws 2022.1710, i.e.), and art. 23 sec. 1 point 1 of the Act of 16 December 2010 on public collective transport (Journal of Laws 2022.1343, i.e., hereinafter - "u.p.z.t."), in relation to the obligation contained inin praise of the Wałcz Commune Council No. LIV/368/2022 of October 27, 2022, taken on the basis of art. 19 sec. 1 point 3 in conjunction with Art. 22 sec. 1 and art. 9 points 1 of the Act on Public Transportation Act

Public collective transport in the field of municipal passenger transport in road transport on public transport linesroutes:

1) Strączno - Wałcz with a length of 9.50 km (there and back) and the amount of operational work of 16, 758.00 vehicle-kilometres per year and with a frequency of 7 connections a day,

2) Ostrowiec - Sweden - Zdbice - Wałcz with a length of 32.90 (there and back) and the amount of operational work 58, 035.60 vehicle-kilometres per year and with a frequency of 7 connections per day,

3) Karsibor - Kłębowiec - Wałcz with a length of 16.00 (there and back) and the amount of operational work of 60, 480.00 vehicle-kilometres per year and with a frequency of 15 connections per day,

4) Wałcz Drugi - Dobino Wałcz with a length of 11.60 (ibidand back) and the volume of operational work of 8, 769.60 vehicle-kilometres per year and with a frequency of 3 connections a day,

5) Popowo - Wałcz with a length of 16.80 (there and back) and the volume of operational work of 4, 233.60 vehicle-kilometres per year and with a frequency of 1 connection per day
