Pursuant to Art. 22 sec. 1 point 1 in connection with Art. 19 paragraph 1 point 3 of the Act of 16 December 2010 on public collective transport (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1343), the organizer will select the operator by directly concluding a contract for the provision of servicesin the field of collective public transport.

Road transport in the field of bus transport in public collective transport on the communication network covering the area of the Piątnica Commune and neighboring communes, whichre with the Piątnica Commune or will conclude inter-municipal agreements.
Expected date of direct conclusion of the contract:
