Tender Details

The Public Charging Services Assignment with reference FE26001 described in this tender concerns the provision of public charging services to users at new charging locations to be established and any charging locations to be taken over within the province of Fryslân and everything that is necessary to enable public charging for electric drivers at the new charging locations to be realized, including organizing and carrying out the installation and communication process in the form of an assignment model. In this model, governments own the charging objects themselves and, via OVEF, they take control of their realization, management and operation. This offers more flexibility, direct communication with implementing parties and better opportunities to link policy to implementation, for example through the use of locally generated sustainable energy, than the concession model.
