PUBLIC BIDDING FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF SENSOR-BASED MEASUREMENT AND
THERAPY DEVICES
1. The PHILIPPINE ORTHOPEDIC CENTER (POC), through the HOSPITAL INCOME CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-EIGHT MILLION SIX HUNDRED PESOS (Php28, 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Sensor-Based Measurement and Therapy Device. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each category shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The POC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60-90 calendar days upon receipt of the NTP. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instructions to Bidders.
