The Provincial Government of Capiz, through the GOP CY-2021 (Calamity Fund) intends to apply the total amount of Two Hundred Forty Five Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Five Pesos (Php, 245, 625.00) being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of Public Bidding for the Supply and Delivery of Food & Venue for Local Disaster Reduction & Mangement Planning (LDRRMP) and Review of PDRRMO, under ITB No. 2021-089R. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
2. The Provincial Government of Capiz now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed within the last 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids a contract similar to the Project.
