The Civil Service Commission - Central Office, through the CSC ISSP Fund Source, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php2, 000, 000.00), inclusive of all applicable gov-ernment taxes/charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments un-der the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Laptops, Computer-Aided Design Software Licenses and Accessories for CSC Central Office under CSC Project I.D. No. 2025-13. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
