The Civil Service Commission - Central Office, through the ISSP Fund, intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php13, 400, 000.00), inclusive of all applicable government taxes/charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Civil Service Data Profiling System (CS-DPS) and National CS Dashboard (NCDash) under CSC Project I.D. No. 2026-08. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
