The Ecosystems Research & Development Bureau (ERDB), through the 2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the total sum of Four Million Two Hundred Thirty Two Thousand One Hundred Twenty Six & 79/100 Pesos (PhP 4, 232, 126.79) to payments under the contract for Supply of Security Services for Security Guards in Complete Uniform, Who are Efficient, Licensed, Uniformed, Bonded and Armed Rendering Services for Specified Hrs. Daily Duty, for Eleven(11) Months for Year 2026 and Twelve Months (12) for Year 2027 with an approved Purchase Request #2025-12-1306 and Public Bidding No. 2026-002. The contact is by lot, and the approved budget for the contract corresponding to each lot or item, is itemized in the table below, including the no. of security guards per shift. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
