The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites security firms registered with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) to submit tenders for the provision of 24-hour security services (armed and unarmed guards), 7 days/week, for six (6) months at the NHT-s Colbeck Castle Housing Development, Phases 1, 2, 1A and 2A, St. Catherine. SCOPE OF SERVICES The successful security firm will be required to: • Provide 24-hour security services (armed and unarmed guards); • Provide 12-hour security services (canine and handlers); • Secure the entire property and all the contents of the buildings (fixtures and fittings); • Ensure that all access to/from the development is restricted to duly authorized personnel or persons of the NHT, including vehicles, and equipment.
