1. For the Provincial Treasury Office (PTO) had requested for the Procurement of ICT Equipment intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Fifty four Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (₱654, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for charge to (SB No.2, s. 2026 Capital Outlay) to cover eligible payments for which this Request of Quotation is issued.
