PTK for the prepared above-limit procurement procedure following the Supplier Qualification System, which the contracting authority has introduced and operates in accordance with § 165 and 166 of the Act. The contracting authority is interested in defining the terms and conditions of public contracts, especially the technical conditions preferably in such a way that they correspond to his needs and at the same time are acceptable to potential suppliers and enable their participation in the procurement process as widely as possible. For this purpose, the contracting authority invites relevant suppliers to participate in the Consultation through which it is ready to present his intention and obtain relevant information in relation to the upcoming Public Order. In the first round, the consultation will take place by correspondence, specifically by filling in a questionnaire, which will be provided to suppliers who meet the conditions for participation in the Consultation and deliver to the contracting authority a non-disclosure agreement regarding confidential information obtained in connection with participation in the Consultation ("NDA"). In the second round, the consultation will take place in the form of a meeting, at which the contracting authority will consult with individual participants and to discuss in more detail only with relevant comments directed to substantive and technical aspects of the intention of the contracting authority and the Public Procurement. At the same time, the contracting authority reserves the right to change the form to a joint meeting of the contracting authority's representatives and its advisors on one side with the representatives suppliers, on the other hand, in the event that it is necessary to achieve the purpose of the Consultation.
