PTK for the upcoming above-limit procurement procedure. The contracting authority intends to define the tendering conditions of the public contract as best as possible so that they correspond to its needs and at the same time are acceptable to potential suppliers and enable their widest possible participation in procurement procedure. For this purpose, the Contracting Authority invites relevant suppliers to participate in a preliminary market consultation ("Consultation") pursuant to § 33 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the award of public contracts, as amended ("ZZVZ"), through which ready to present its intention, address a wider range of potential suppliers and obtain relevant information in relation to the upcoming Public Procurement.
