The assumed subject (or rather the purpose) of the fulfillment of the public contract is to build a facility of residential social and health services, especially for the elderly in the Prague 12 district, or the commissioning of this facility and its subsequent operation for the provision of residence services pursuant to special legislation (currently Act No. 108/2006 Coll., On Social Services, as amended), possibly the construction and operation of equipment or services beyond Act 108/2006 Coll. Development of social services and supplementing the required capacity in the capital city of Prague. The project preparation incl. Processing project documentation for the construction part of the concession, engineering and financing the whole project. It would be a PPP project in the model, which would be the subject of dialogue with participants. Setting the conditions of land ownership or its parts, ownership of individual parts built by the infrastructure, spectra provided services, conditions concerning the long -term operation of social and health services and other aspects will be subject to Searching for an optimal arrangement with a private as part of this intention.
