PTK - ensuring liquidation of the consequences of extraordinary events with the release of substances threatening surface and underground water No. 2 The contracting authority decided to carry out the PTK again in connection with the planned introduction of DNS to ensure the elimination of extraordinary incidents with substance leakage threatening surface and underground water. The reason for holding this PTK is to inform potential suppliers about the method of settlement of comments and suggestions that were applied by potential suppliers within the framework of PTK for the introduction of DNS entitled "Ensuring the removal of of extraordinary events with the release of substances endangering surface and underground water", which took place on 16 September 2025. Through this follow-up PTK, the contracting authority intends to familiarize potential suppliers with the method of settlement of the comments raised and at the same time to present the concept of public procurement in more detail after the introduction of the aforementioned DNS.
