Carrying out socio-organizational diagnostics Conducting investigations into alleged harassment The purpose of this framework contract is to provide a psychosocial risk prevention service consisting of 2 lots: - Lot n°1: Carrying out diagnostics socio-organizational - Lot n°2: Carrying out investigations into alleged harassment - moral, sexual and sexist actions. A maximum number of 2 (two) Holders per lot is selected by France Médias Monde. The designated Holders will be placed competition for each need for diagnoses (lot no. 1) and investigations for alleged harassment (lot no. 2) of France Médias Monde, within the framework of subsequent contracts. The socio-organizational diagnosis concerns all France Media departments World. It aims to understand and model the functioning of a team in its social and organizational dimension and to best guide the actions to be implemented. In its ergonomic dimension, it aims to investigate and observe the activity of work as well as the interactions between the actors of the same team or the same environment. France Médias Monde wishes to supplement its current prevention system with the intervention of an external firm to investigate problems of alleged moral, sexual harassment or sexist behavior.
