Tender Details

UNFPA requires the provision of psychometric assessments which measure employee competencies, traits, and drivers. The assessments are intended to be used for individual professional development, collective team development, and to inform organization development interventions. The assessment tools should be validated scientifically against measurable indicators of job performance and/or the Five Factor Model of Personality. The provider of these assessments should offer training meant to certify employees of UNFPA to administer the assessments, receive participants’ results, and debrief participants on their results. The assessments should be available to be taken online with the option to take them in the following languages: English, French, Spanish (preferable, but not essential, if the assessments could also be available in Portuguese, Russian, Chinese and Arabic). When used for team development, the assessment results should be available in a format which shows an anonymous aggregate of all team members’ results. Data collected through these assessments should be stored securely in compliance with UNFPA General Conditions of Contracts.
