PSAP ensemble The subject of the tender is the conception, implementation and introduction as well as the operation, maintenance and support of a client-capable overall operations control system (ELS overall system) in connection with the PTI project "PSAP Ensemble" for emergency call and operations centers (PSAP). The overall ELS system replaces the existing operations control and voice switching systems of the participating PSAP organizations and is implemented as a highly available, geo-redundant hosting solution. The system must enable the simultaneous operation of several PSAP clients and a strict separation of clients, a client-specific configuration to adapt the processes and user interface to the needs of the individual PSAP organizations and a Ensure role-based rights management. A separate client of the overall ELS system must be offered for each PSAP organization. The multi-client-capable overall ELS system must be offered by the provider in the hosting operating model.
