Under this Notice of Intent to Contract, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is sharing the intent to contract with Routeware Canada Inc. for the provision of public facing web-based sanitation operation services. RouteWare is the developer of the VanCollect mobile app and the waste and recycling widgets on Vancouver.ca. Term of the contract - a four-year contract with the option to renew for three (3) additional one-year period. Value of the contract - The contract is valued at approximately USD $125, 089 for the initial four-year term.
