Description : The objective of the Probity Auditor (PA) Services contract is to ensure a transparent, fair and auditable procurement process of the Gaza Central Desalination Plant Programme (GCDP). The contracting authority of the GCDP is the Palestinian Water Authority (PWA). The consultant is expected to attend document and report on the discussions between the PWA and the shortlisted bidders for the elaboration of the Project Development Agreement (PDA) and then of the DBO (Design, Build and Operate) The estimated duration of the contract is up to 36 months. A team of one Senior and one Junior expert will be mobilised. Meetings are expected to take place in Germany, Palestine, Israel and potentially in Luxembourg.
