Tender Details

Due to the wear and tear of the existing gates, their damage due to small collisions when passing military vehicles and, last but not least, the absence or corrosion of the column gourds and thus the corrosion of the columns at the point of contact with the terrain, the existing two gates and one door (hereafter referred to as gates) must be dismantled and executenew. The gate has already been repaired several times and further repairs would be unprofitable. Considering that the gate is part of the existing fencing, the new gate is made in a similar way to the existing one with the implementation of some details aimed at improving the functionality of the gate and its longer lifenosti.

All fencing, including gates and gates, is corroded, the undergrave boards are upturned, including the posts. The fencing as a whole is at the end of its service life.

Entrance gate:

It will most likely be necessary, after agreement with the relevant VU, to secure the building temporarily before dismantling the gate. INthe rata will be hung from the hinges, the existing columns will be shortened by burning them to the ground. Using pneumatic hammers, the concrete covering of the columns in the ground will be broken. When working with columns next to a wall, extra care must be taken to avoid unnecessary destruction of the wall or part of it. Excavations must be secured when moving the workagainst falling and to illuminate in reduced visibility. The parts of the gate will be sorted by material and taken to the raw materials collection, the rest of the construction debris will be taken to the landfill, where it will be disposed of by the responsible company.

Earthworks consist only in the modification of existing pits. If necessary, it is necessary to invite themto be sewn or deepened to a depth of 1100 mm, they will have a square cross-section with a width of the lower base of min. 800 mm. The expected mining capacity is in class III. The excess soil will be taken to the landfill.

Before concreting the gate columns, gravel and sand are spread under the foundation joint in a thickness of min. 100 mm. Afterby perfectly balancing and dimensioning the columns and their fixation, they can be concreted with plain concrete B 1 (B-135) up to a height of 50 mm below the level of the existing asphalt. Care must be taken here so that one of the columns does not deviate. If it is technically possible, the door can be fixed with supportdoor leaves, due to the operation of the VU, it will be necessary to provide an emergency entrance.

The door consists of two doors with two door leaves and one single-leaf door. The wings are suspended using hinges, four per wing, which are welded to a total of four columns made ofh from two U profiles. The steel used for the door except for the hinge shafts is 37 series steel, the 52 series steel is used for the hinge shafts.

The columns (6) are 4000 mm long, two U profiles No. 200 are welded into a rectangular shape, the welds are 100 mm long, the distances between them are 200 mm. At the upper end they are nailedy sheet metal (7) 200x150 tl. 3 mm and welded all around. The height of the lower edge of the door wings will be 60 mm above the existing terrain (+/-0.000), the depth of the columns in the concrete will be 850 mm from the existing terrain. The hinges will be three-part, the two outermost ones will always be welded to the columns (to the edges) and will be welded from both withtrans. There are always four hinges per wing. The hinge itself consists of three steel tubes (9) 28x3.5 100 mm long, connected by a shaft (10) which is turned from one piece, the head diameter is 28 mm, the mandrel diameter is 20 mm and the mandrel length is 300 mm. A groove is turned in the mandrel for lubricating the hingesat. A lubricator will be screwed onto the upper tube (9) in such a way that it does not obstruct the opening of the door wings, neither the groove nor the lubricator are specified.

The frame of the door leaves consists of a thick-walled Jackel (2) 50/30/3 profile cut to 45 at the corners. The right side is welded to this frame on both sidesangular profiles (1) 45x45x5 for mounting aluminum shaped sheet KOB 1003 (12). In order to be able to insert this sheet, the angle (1) on one of the four sides will be made only after the KOB sheet (12) has been inserted. When welding, it is necessary to proceed very carefully in order not to damage the aluminum sheet. Inholes d 10 mm will be drilled in the lower part of the door frame to drain rainwater. These holes will always be drilled in pairs in the angle (1) of the door frame at distances of approx. 250 to 350 mm from each other (see drawing no. 3). half height inrat and subsequently the vertical reinforcements of the door wings (3) from Jackl 30/30/3 will be welded. In order to ensure the rigidity of the wings, oblique braces (4) (flat rod 50/8) will be welded over the reinforcement (3), always from the center of the wing at the location of the hinges to the lower and upper corners on the far side. The frame will be in place of phinges to improve the overall rigidity of the suspension, a spreader plate of the hinges (8) (300x140x7) is welded, and although only the middle part of the hinge will be welded to this plate, from both sides, the spreader plate is made to the height of the hinge (300 mm). A clapper (11) will always be welded to the right door wings or doors (plthick rod 50x6 mm), the lower part of the door will be shortened by approx. 25 mm compared to the frame (the lower stop of the door will be in that place). steel opening window glazed with wire glass. There will be a windowopening towards the inside of the building, i.e. towards the opening of doors and gates. The window will be secured against opening. The lock of the door leaves will be typed, a stopper will be welded to the column, and an electric doorman can also be used. The project does not address the details of the lock or the windows.

Against arbitrary refutation, e.ga sudden gust of wind and also as a fixation of the position of the closed door, the so-called lower stop of the door will serve. It will only be used for door leaves. The stop is drawn more or less schematically, it is made of sheet metal thick. 7 mm and 100 mm wide, embedded in concrete in the axis of the door. A similar stopper, but with an opening for the speciese side will be placed when the door is open in the place of the rod to secure the wings and will fix the door in the open position. Between two doors, it can be made from one piece.

The closing of the door will be made according to the detail in drawing no. 3. On the underlying steel sheet, thickness 7 mm of atypical dimensions (in detail neomarked, size approx. 160 x 180 mm, two corners cut off), which will be welded to the structure of the door leaf frame, strips of flat bar 20x5 mm will be welded as sleeves for the tie rods made of sheet metal 30x7 mm. A handle made of logs d 20 mm, length 100 mm will be welded to this rod at a distance of approx. 120 mm fromthe left edge of the puller. The sleeve on the second door leaf, before the tie rod is located, will be made in such a way that it is possible to use the door lock even when the door leaves are seated. In the left sleeve of the pull rod, a hole for the padlock will be drilled in the pull rod itself. This hole must be uplaced in the depression of the aluminum sheet so that the lock can be placed there. Therefore, the aluminum sheet must be shortened in such a way that this condition is met, or the dimensions of the base sheet can be adjusted (e.g. lengthened).

After grinding the welds and possible edges, the structure will be out of shapealuminum sheet painted 2x with a base coat and 2x with a top coat of black color (synthetic enamel).

Before starting the work, it will be from the clientcarried out own alignment of the gate for production needs.

Fencing:

All fencing, including gates and gates, will be dismantled and taken to the adjacent landfill for collection of raw materials within a distance of approx. 3 km. The concrete foundation slabs will be demolished, the posts with concrete footings will be torn out. Steel posts bthey will be stripped of concrete foundations and footings. The terrain will be prepared for the partial embedment of sub-gravel slabs. Soil from excavation works and existing intermediate landfills will be used to backfill the plain. After sorting, the rest of the soil and concrete structures will be taken away and deposited at the appropriate waste dump. For posts with diathey will excavate the holes for the footing. A fence post or a ZN PVC strut is installed in the hole for the foundation foot with concreting. A sub-gravel plate and an Axis C panel are installed in the concreted post. A so-called delimiter is installed in the post in the number of 4 pieces per fence field in the area of the eye and the post. Pby installing the Axis C fence panel, it is possible to concrete another post. ZN PVC fence posts for the goal with a stop hole, including hole plugs, ZN PVC fence posts for the gate, including hole plugs, including hinges for small gates and large gates will be installed. The ZN PV doors are mounted on the posts prepared in this wayC ESPACE incl. cover for holes and doors ZN PVC ESPACE incl. hole plug. Next, the installation of the accessories for the goal and the gate, i.e. fittings including shields, stops, locks, wing positioners and securing skins for the gate, will be carried out. AXIS single-sided bavolets with plastic-coated AXIS D panels are mounted on the posts.

Deminstallation of concrete columns:

Two original LV columns will also be dismantled and taken to the recycling landfill. The poles are no longer connected to the LV distribution. The columns have damaged reinforcement due to corrosion and are in very poor technical condition. After dismantling the columns, the resulting holes will be filled with sieved zemined with compaction and sown with a grass mixture.
