The work concerns a project forming part of the European recovery and resilience plan. This is the "PRR EPASC" which aims for the partial demolition of the 3 wings of block D in order to make the plot free of occupation in the construction zone of a new building. The building at cThe building will include administrative premises and teaching classes for the Provincial School of Agronomy and Sciences of Ciney. It will be located, more or less, in the same place as the current wings, in order to reform the existing interior courtyard. The last wing will be flatnest of native species trees. The building will be developed on 3 levels: a ground floor, a first floor and a second floor of technical attics. - The ground floor will accommodate the classrooms, the teachers' refectory and the toilets. - The 1st floor will accommodate the premisesadministrative including offices, meeting and work rooms, an open space and an independent studio. - The top floor will include all the building techniques (ventilation group, heating and domestic hot water). The project must respect the DNSH principle and thus respectct the 6 environmental objectives set by Europe, namely: Climate change mitigation, adaptation to climate change, sustainable use and protection of aquatic and marine resources, transition to a circular economy, prevention and reduction of thepollution and finally, the protection and restoration of biodiversity and ecosystems.
