Description of the contract :The subject of public procurement (hereinafter referred to as the "public offer") is to provide the following services: • to provide the basic PROXIO support (guarantee of the time of the complaint and of the requirements related to the operation of the System, reported and monitored in the service desk system -graduated evidence of claims and claims - according to their weight category) for hl. Prague City Hall ("MHMP"), Prague City Police Headquarters ("MPHMP"), Administration of City Services of the City of Prague SSHMP and the hosted urban section (MC).
