The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Walla Walla District, is issuing this special notice to inform industry of the intent to solicit and negotiate solely with Honeywell International for the ProWatch and MaxPro systems is to maximize electronic security systems and video management system functionality and operability, increase system lifespan, and increase end-user capabilities. A determination not to compete this proposed contract has been made Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by RFO 12.201-1. For purchases exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold.
